I have ordered several times from this company and love their products. Approximately a month or so ago, I made an order and paid for faster shipping; however, due to USPS issues I didn’t get my package for almost two weeks. I reached out to the company and they sent me an additional order free of charge. I was so impressed by their extremely fast customer service and how they went above and beyond for an error that was not technically their fault but the USPS’ fault instead-however they still took the blame and made it completely right and made me love this company and their product even more!
