Product came in with all the liquid spilled inside of the airlock packaging inside and was all over the vape. Cleaned it off and see if it might work whiz as I expected didnt. Only good thing I can say is I emailed them for another one or my money back and with no hesitation they refunded my money back. All I did was take the pictures of the product destroyed on email and the following day refunded me the money on my card. I honestly really Lillie the vape this company sales even if they can be a bit pricey for the smaller ones they sale at convenience stores. So I was rather disappointed I didn’t get to try the apple flavor and in the form of a bigger disposable vape. So I may one day see if they sale them at retailers or convenience stores locally since the online ordering of a product with liquid in it may not be a good idea of ordering again because it’s just doomed to fail in the mail. Especially with the heat of the summer and parcel handling from one destination to the next just is something not worth trying again unless I have no other option.
